How it works

Three minutes to understand. One small thing to try tonight.

  1. Check in

Move two circles to show how close you feel, then answer six quick cards. About three minutes, no account.

  2. See your first read

One thing that appears strong, one that may deserve attention, and what we don't know yet. Never a score.

  3. Try one thing tonight

Aimed at your focus, with the exact words to say. Afterwards, check the circles again. “It didn't work” counts too.

A little apart. That's often a slow drift rather than one moment.

Your Relationship Map

Ranges, not scores. And it says what it doesn't know.

Sixteen areas, from trust and friendship to attraction and the future. A wider band means less sure. Check in again any evening and it fills in.

  • What appears strong, so you can protect it.
  • What may deserve attention, with one thing to try.
  • What we don't know yet, said plainly.
Sample Map
  • Trust & felt safety: Appears strong
  • Friendship: Appears strong
  • Shared future: Mixed
  • Conflict repair: May deserve attention
  • Emotional connection: May deserve attention
  • Novelty: Mixed
  • Romantic attraction: Not sure yet
Wider band = less sure. An illustrative example, not a real person's Map.

When you want more than one evening.

Your Map suggests where to start. Each evening has one thing to try, why it may help, and a way to see if it did.

  • Two lines of gold and sage running stitch drawing closer on dark cloth

    Reconnect

    14 evenings

When you feel distant, unseen, or like flatmates.

Small daily moments of attention and curiosity, measured with the same two circles.

  • A tear in dark cloth mended with gold cross-stitch and sage satin stitch

    Repair

    21 evenings

When the same fight keeps coming back, or something still hurts.

Interrupt the loop, practise repair, and say the unsaid, softer.

  • A dull grey stitch bursting into gold and terracotta French knots

    Reignite

    14 evenings

When the routine is fine but the spark went quiet.

Small newness, shared, instead of big gestures.

Honest limit: self-guided programs like this improve relationship satisfaction moderately. None has been shown to prevent breakups, and we won't claim to.

Questions

Before you start.

Is ELOVIYA therapy?

No. It's evidence-informed self-help: a structured way to understand what changed and try small, specific things. It isn't a substitute for licensed clinical care, and it will point you to professional support where that fits better.

Does my partner need to join?

No. ELOVIYA is built to work if only you join. Many changes start with one person trying one small thing differently, and nothing from your Map is ever shown to them.

Will you tell me whether to stay or leave?

Never. ELOVIYA won't label you or your partner, and it won't make that decision for you. It helps you see what may be changeable, and what appears more fundamental.

What does it cost?

The check-in, your first read, tonight's one thing and your saved Map are free, and stay free. Paid programs are opening soon. Nothing is charged today.

What happens to my answers?

Your check-in stays on your device unless you choose to save it. If you save it, it's stored encrypted in transit and at rest, never sold, never used for ads, and you can export or delete it any time.

Who is it for?

Adults, women and men equally, in any kind of relationship, who feel something has changed. Dating, married or somewhere in between. The questions are about the relationship, not about gender.

What if I don't feel safe?

If anything suggests you may be unsafe, everything pauses and real support comes first, with local helplines. Relationship exercises are never suggested where they could increase risk.

Every knot has a pattern behind it.

Start with how close you feel. Three minutes, private, no account.
